Raised and educated in Guernsey Ian completed an apprenticeship in electrical engineering and worked for a local electrical contractor for 18 years, working on many of the islands landmark projects as an electrical foreman. Ian then went on to be self-employed, working for himself carrying out electrical contracting for a wide range of clients including looking after the ongoing planned preventative maintenance for the Island of Brecqhou. With 36 years of experience in the trade, Ian heads up C8s maintenance department, running the daily programming and coordinating of the incoming reactive calls and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts. His vast experience ensures our ever-increasing maintenance portfolio of new and existing clients are met with the highest level of service.
